What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Once you book a product shoot, we reserve the shoot date and time in our schedule. The advance payment is non-refundable and will be forfeited in case of cancellation. As we sell time and expertise, we do not offer refunds. However, we maintain a 100% customer satisfaction policy and only take on projects we understand and can execute effectively.
